The Recipient must:
Submit All Documents - Deadline April 15, 2025 by 12:00 midnight.1. Complete SOS Outreach Ministries Application for 2025 Scholarship Award.
2. Submit an essay on - "The Life of the Prophet Jeremiah".
3. Submit a Letter of Recommendation that specifically addresses your potential and provide support for your receipt of scholarship. (Letter of Recommendation may be submitted from Teachers, Counselors, Youth Directors, Pastors, etc.) (No Relatives Please).
4. Submit your high school transcript.
5. Attend SOS Scholarship Recognition Awards virtually. Specific date tba.
